One Usergroup Only Views One Forum/Category

This might sound confusing, but I have a restricted group for members who I only want to post on the Reports category. Is there anyway to do this without making regular members not be able to see it? Thanks!

No because that makes it to where members can't view the forum. I want the specific group to only be able to view one forum/category. Is this possible?

change permissions
assign a group as the moderators (to post and to do whatever)
