Admin/mod font color problem

Hi, after browsing in here for a while I haven't been able to find an answer to my query.

In the admin panel / Styles / Pictures and colors / Colors.. there are 2 options at the bottom of the "colors and text size" section called mod font color and admin font color.



As I understand it, these would automatically change the colour of any posts by mods and admin to their specified colour codes.

Well I have tried changing these settings and get no noticeable effect on the boards.

Am I correct in thinking that this is the correct function of these 2 settings? and if so can anyone explain why I seem unable to get the colours to actually change?

Those two colors are for the username of admins and moderators for the legend if the option "colorized usernames enabled" is set to "no" in (Users&Groups / Users / User Settings).

I assume that there is no way to get the result i was after is there?
Where members posts are a standard colour and mod/admin posts are a different colour?

no sorry, thats not possible. it has to be done manually
