how to change the picture in forum

i dont anything about this but when i installed naruto hitskin i just want to know how to change this picture that appear when the crusor hit categroy i dont how to explain but like this picture please help me

That is a hover effect. Try finding in your CSS with some components such as:

:hover {
  background-image:url(IMG LINK of Naruto Crisis);
}

And then just delete the image. If that does not work, as Jophy stated, please post your URL so we can look into it .
