Problem with my forum

My forum http://world-gamers.forumotion.net/ was hacked, but i was able to access my forum adding "login" to the url and logging in.
http://world-gamers.forumotion.net/u25 this is the profile of the hacker, he was using a username with which he could not be ridden off easily, but i managed to do so.
he appears to have used some sort of cookie exploit to log in as a admin(or thats what i heard  )   .
Could the forumotion team ban this "username" and look for the exploit and fix it? and if possible restore my forum to its previous state

edit:nevermind i found that i had daily backups lol but the exploit should still be fixed
as my backup was before he was here the username was "." it was basically a small dot that doesent get registered as a actual symbol
