Credits for the Domain Name
My friend and I both run a website under the hosting. We wanted to purchase domain name, so we bought the credits for it. We have 2400 credits.
I think about 2 months ago I went to purchase the domain name, all is good we have the domain. But we also still have the credits for whatever reasons? Forumotion had to reserve the domain name for us, but it doesn't look like it's taken the credits away.
This is something I've only noticed today. Don't want to spend the credits on stuff for the website, without Forumotion taking the credits for the domain name.

Hello,
So you bought a domain name and your forum didn't get the domain name? You may view your spent credit history on:
Admin Panel > Misc

Re: Credits for the Domain Name
We bought the domain name, we have the domain name. But Forumotion hasn't taken the credits at all. So essentially it appears the domain name has just been given to us for free. Which it shouldn't be like that I'm guessing. I may have completely done it wrong however, here's a screenshot of the history...
Re: Credits for the Domain Name
Thank you for the screenshot, according to the screenshot it doesn't seem like the fearthegamer.com is the one bought, as it says it was offered by FM, and the domain bought is mmavoice.net(which in this case, the credits were spent/reduced).

Re: Credits for the Domain Name
We've been able to connect through the fearthegamer.com and not the mmavoice.net url for awhile now.
Is there way to buy this then? Because this is what I see when going to purchase screen for a URL..

Re: Credits for the Domain Name
Since that is the current domain active address, you won't be able to access the other one you bought. I'm not sure about this because I haven't encountered this problem yet.
So you want the domain you bought(mmavoice.net) to be your domain name now?

Re: Credits for the Domain Name
No, the domain we have now fearthegamer.com is perfectly fine. Just got confused because no credits were taken from us in order to get that domain. Want to make sure that forumotion actually gets paid for the domain we currently have.

Hello
Thanks for your message. As Jophy said your domaine has been offered by Forumotion. Thanks to your good activity you got it for free
So don't worry it is normal you still have credits.
Thanks
