    Hello dear members,

    Some of you have issues with their founder tool: https://www.forumotion.com/utils
    When you try to log,  you got a message telling your password & id are wrong.

    Solved Can't restore my forum

    https://www.forumotion.com/utils When I go there to try and restore my forum, it says the login is incorrect. I know it's correct because I log into the admin panel all the time and it works.

    Domain is http://terminators.darkbb.com before purchase. After purchase it's http://terminatorsclan.com

    I am having a similar issue, and this is the latest thread I found relating to it; I wish to transfer ownership (foundership?) of the forum to someone else, but I can not do it because I can not access the Founder's Tool. Forum URL is http://www.haven-game.com/ after domain change. I would be grateful for some help!

    Hi there.

    Please Note that The pro Admin is now out of the office and all out tech staff also until Monday Morning (french time zone) so please hold out until then. I'm sure Buttercup will be happy to deal with your problem then.
