Points management Empty Points management

When i go in the admin panel: Home>> miscellaneous>>
I can see only the "statistics>Board Statistics & Summary of the Votes"
Where is the "Points management" ??

(I have advanced setting enabled)

The points management option is only available for the founder of the forum.
