Hi guys, I'm new on here and need some help please!!

The domain name that our forum uses is up for renewal and I think I know how to do it, go into MISC and spend credits, but as I am just an administrator it will not allow me access to spend credits.  The founder has left the forum and I'm struggling to get in contact with him.  It says he is the only one allowed access to spend credits. 

Is there anyway around this?

Many thanks for the reply, but I am unable to do most of what is requested as I can't get on the forum at all as the domain is awaiting renewal, so cannot print out anything or ask the other admin members for permission etc.

Unfortunate that both have happened at the same time.  Is there a solution to this?

I just checked, both links are connected to one another(which means they are one).

Have you tried logging in to the forum you are being redirected to?

I am not redirected when using Google Chrome.

Both sites just come up with a web page with this on :

This domain has expired and is pending renewal or deletion.

Haven't even got the option to log in or view any pages.

No worries, managed to get hold of the founder thankfully and he has renewed the domain.

Will look into changing over now we can get into the forum!

So although the problem was solved, it is no longer an issue.  Many thanks for the help.
