Deleting An Old Forum

Hi,

There is an old forum of mine I want to delete, however I don't remember the owner account's password, and the ability to request password change is disabled. I do, however, still have the email account the account is tied to.

So, may I PM an admin with the URL and email to have the password changed, so that I can delete the forum?
