Do you have other administrators that could be changing them?

Re: User groups
Hi
Adding to what SLGray said, you should check up on your groups.
AP < Generals < Security < Scroll down and check if the User Groups have been modified
That way, you can see if anything changed in your groups and forum .
Regards,
Pizza Boi

I'm still having a problem with the members group on my forum. The names keep dropping off sometimes and the group also goes from open to hidden by itself.

Re: User groups
Hello
Do you experience this problem for all your members or just one?
Could you please provide:
-The username of a user having the problem (or the group)
- Which section changes (Open to hidden)
Thanks for providing as much information as possible.
Regards

I experience this problem with most of my members and I have the members group set to open but sometimes it changes itself from open to hidden and when it does that I have to keep setting it back to open and re-adding names, which is very annoying

Re: User groups
I have checked your forum.
Who is Mahepeace user? Because this user moderates your forum and group. Check it via your admin panel: PA>> General>> Security

Re: User groups
Makepeace is a member but she has no access to admin panel. She is a group moderator, though, but she cant get into admin panel so I don't understand why the names keep dropping from user group in admin panel or why the group goes from open to hidden.Buttercup wrote:I have checked your forum.

Re: User groups
If that member is the group moderator, he/she can remove members from the group.

If a group moderator removes a member or members, will it automatically delete from admin panel?

Re: User groups
If a group moderator removes members from the group, it will remove them in the administration panel, too.
