Well sometimes there are glitches in the Google map. Since it is a third-party, we really do not have any control over it, except for turning it on or off.
Sometimes when I used it, it said that I was in a state where I never lived. I just never use Google map. I really do not like how people can look very closing at where you live.
What your seeing is a "server echo" bouncing off an alternate connection. This just means that your ISP Internet host is also located near by and simply reroutes to the fastest server. But then again.. there is also something known as shadowing or faking your IP from a different direction or server so that if someone did a trace route on your location.. they prob would get mixed up signals.
