How do we move the INDEX to the portal?

Using my Forum as an example, you can create a block on your portal and add it like this. Adjust the height/width to suit your needs.

It worked but I want my forums to be displayed only.
Because, when I added the code, the header also appeared which I didn't like. ♥

Not much can be done about that..you wanted the page to display, you cant just add a partial page.
