Help ChatBox Text Box Rezise

Good day how do i make my ChatBox TextBox resize like this i  am using 


and is there any way to make my chatbox visible only member with a permission? or group with a permission

You should be able to utilize the following code to modify the textbox width.

Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet
