Chatbox Text Color

I'm looking for ways or coding so that I can either prevent people from choosing a color to change their text in the Chatbox or to set a color that they can't change.

I would also like to see if there is code that I can to set certain groups always start with a certain color when they first enter that chatbox

I'm also looking if there is a way to remove certain colors from the Color chart that is readily available for people to pick from

I believe you can set members with groups based on their color to have a certain color always but i think the best way to do this is to hide the color button and have members writing with the default font color and staff members with the colors you set them to have. If you wish to move on to that please inform me to pass you the code for it.
