Administrators There are two types of administrators: Technicians and regular administrators. Technicians deal with the forum configuration while administrators deal with "floor" moderating, such as dealing with members, groups, etc.

Forum Managers Their main role is to moderate (manage) the whole forum.
Rice \| All Forums

Service Moderators Their role is to complete reviews and/or packages.

Support Moderators Their role is to help users in the help & support section while also moderating certain parts of the services section.

Graphic Designers Their role is to moderate the graphic design section while completing graphic requests, reviewing members creations, and hosting graphic contests.
