Solved pruning to the basket

Post by Guest July 20th 2014, 1:58 pm

having the option set to NO means that it gets fully deleted right away? The YES option sends it to the basket, right? I want pruned items to delete forever right away. please tell me which option I need to use.

UPDATE: I've selected the forum I want to prune and set the time. there is another section asking about sending it to garbage or the basket. I need help with that

Hi,

Go to the forum in question you want auto pruning to take place --> Click on this button  Perms and scroll down and you'll see a section for auto pruning. Select yes and set the itmes and dates to whatever you wish.

I don't understand your query.

You said you wanted a forum to be pruned and posts deleted. That's exactly what the option above does.

What help do you need?

If you set this option: Pruning in the basket

Doesn't have anything to do with pruning and getting things deleted.

Under the general tab.. . configuration......it asks about sending to basket or deleting. I want it deleted.
" The pruned messages will not be deleted but moved in the Garbage" is what it says

If you have that option set to No, then it will be deleted and not moved to the basket.
