Announcements and Pinned

Hello! i need help

I cannot locate where to move my global announcement and pinned post to the top of my forums so that my members will definitely notice it. Please help.  

Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration
Messages Section
Separate announcements and stickies from the messages:  No []   With a line []     With a table []

i change the settings. i choose "in line" and "separate" options but still the same output. the announcements and pinned post are still below the forums.

So you want to move the sub-forums below the topics?

yes sir . that is what i wanna do but i cant locate the settings

There is not an option for that.

Im sorry sir but i think we misunderstand. I want to be my pinned post and announcements are at the top of my forums..

I understand what you want, but there is no option to move the sub-forums in the administration panel.  Someone might know a way to do it by using a code.

ahh ok sir sorry. i am not expert of using some codes. can someone give me a code please
