Copyright infringement

Hello,

I`m still having issues with the below forum admin, He is now hosting files that infringe my copyright I have filed a litigation, but fear to use my real name and contact details because of stalking/harassment from him, is there anyway I can talk to someone confidentiality about this issue?

Hello,

You can always 'report an abuse' in the forum.
Also I'm not sure about talking to someone confidentially as we do not allow 'Support via PM' but a staff member might post and could help about this issue.

Unfortunately we're powerless to help you as its only the litigation team who handle these type of problems. I do believe when you fill out a litigation their is an option for anonymity. I do believe in the event they find out nothing is wrong though that they're informed a litigation has been filed against them but again I don't believe it shares your info unless you allow it. I can't be a 100% sure though.

@AngelaHolmes, we do accept private messages for questions regarding litigations and private matters such as that as stated in the above thread.

I find it interesting that "Livewire" Mark fails to mention that this material he claims copyright to is promote his hate of me since i do not follow the exact same thinking he does , this material has hidden and outright obvious messages he wishes to share to the world (except here)

and they have yet to make a decision or action to take , this person "Livewire" Mark has even come to my forum using a account with my full name pretending to be me ( I have had to ban him multiple times)

So beware folks the ones who cry copyright may be the trolls who want to keep there material available to spread there hate / harassment messages (It's sad that there are persons that can not move on with there life's ,they want to feed upon there hate they created)

Hello,

You have both seen my link to the litigation team and I therefore suggest you settle it amongst yourselves either via private message or somewhere else. If you wish to make a litigation report then you can do that. However I'm not letting this go any further on the support forum as nobody here can actually do anything about it. The dispute is between you two and the support forum is not becoming your personal battleground.

If you have any questions about making a litigation report then by all means PM me and I'll answer any questions you have but I'm not wanting an argument to break out and by @Mill_Admin making the post he has made, I do feel this is going to turn into an argument.

Therefore this topic is now being locked.

Edit: I do want to say that even if one admin has said slanderous things about another, the Forumotion terms of service are still in effect and if one forum has violated them, regardless of what has happened personally they're still withheld and if the litigation is filed, action can and will be taken to uphold to the Forumotion Terms of Service.
