I am trying to add a new HTML page to my website and it keeps showing up with this error message:

I checked everything that was said, and I don't see the reason why it won't work, unless im missing a code im not aware of.
This is the first HTML page i'm adding, so the HTML page limit isn't the issue. This is my code im trying to add:
