Is this done by Forumotion or something else?

My users have shown me that, it's pretty weird since I've never seen it before. Some members said they didn't see it at all. I'm just wondering if that's from forumotion or is my forum being messed with?

I believe due to the design and multi languages that this is a forumotion sign.
