Scrolling Text

Hey,
Umm i need help on making a scrolling bar.
That appears under names on peoples posts.

I've seen them on some forums.

Please help.

Are you referring to a warning system or a points system, that you have shown under the posters avatar?

I know there are scripts out there for it, but not sure what they are. I am not good with scripts. hehehe

Maybe change the title to Scrolling Text and you might get some more help. hehehe Don't know, but it's worth a shot. hehehe
