Redirecting my old forum to Forumotion

Is it possible to have my old forum with Proboards redirected to my new Forumotion one when someone clicks a google link or something like that?
I have no clue about coding, so need easy to understand help please.

OK,do I put it in Layout Templates/home?
Not sure exactly where to put it.

I don't use proboards so I don't really know...
