Can't buy credits with pay pal

So, I'm trying to renew my domain, which has expired recently. However, I'm not able to but credits with pay pal.. "There is a problem with the seller's PayPal account. Try again later". Any solution?

I were able to buy credits with paypal yesterday. Paypal tels me the transaction is completed, but there is still no registered credits in my administration panel?

Can you PM me

1) The Number of Missing Credits
2) The Paypal transaction ID
3) The Date of Purchase

I'll then put in a request to have this looked at and you should get them on Monday.
