Credits issue Empty Credits issue

I am an administrator on an RP website and I recently attempted to add credits to the account. Normally, the appropriate credits are added almost instantly, however, this time the credits have not been added after an hour of waiting. I attempted to PM Buttercup about this, however apparently I had not reached the post limit for PMs.
