Solved NEED JACA SCRIPT, OR SOMETHING...

    Post by Roc777 August 26th 2014, 3:03 am

First off, I'm using phpBB2. I need to change the color of text in the mini-bio (I think that's what it's called) where it says how many posts a user has, ext, ext... So I went to profiles, and then to profile fields, and then went to modify it, only it says I need a java script.

So... Where can I get it?

    Thanks!

AP > Users & Usergroups > Users > Users Profiles
Modify the ones you want.  The color changer is to the right of the title box.

I've already tried that before I posted my first post (as indicated in my first post), and this is what I get when I try--

"Your browser doesn't manage Javascript or it's deactivated. To fully benefit the service functionalities, please reactivate it".

    Any other suggestions?

I Don't think this is down to us i think it means you need to update your java on your computer as we do not have anything like that on our ACP try updating your java on your computer or give us a screen shop of the info when it comes up.

    Hello Roc777,

It sounds to me like you have JavaScript disabled on your browser. Which browser are you using ?

    Thanks

    Thanks!

Without using a plugin for Fx :
    Address bar > type : about:config > search : javascript.enabled

If it displays false as the value, right click and choose toggle. Doing so will return the value to true, which means JavaScript is enabled.
