    Solved Can't Renew Personalized Domain Name

    Hello,

    Our personalized domain name expires in 86 days and I am unable to renew it. I get the message.... "unable to renew at this time". Can this be fixed so I can renew?

    It could be it is too early to renew it.

    Hi, 

    I believe its the last 30 days of your domain name, then you can renew it.
