HomeI just bought 500 credits via Allopass. They cost 10 EUR. The same number of credits would have cost only 4.90 EUR if I could have used Hipay. Why is there such a huge difference?

This may be because they are not by the same company so the prices may vary depending on how the company has things set up.

Allopass and Hipay are the ones who set the exchange rates.

Well I don't see it as absurd due to the fact that ForuMotion is not in control of the exchange rate. This is all up to the company that you buy the credits from. Such as Hipay & Allopass. If ForuMotion chose the exchange rates then that would be a bit absurd but seeing as how they don't control what those companies do, I do not see it as "absurd".Richardr wrote:OK, thanks for the replies.

Infact there some extra fee with AlloPass. That's why we have an alternative payment (HiPay less expensive)
I know HiPay is not working properly for all of you. We do apologize for the trouble. Our technicians are working on a other solution.
I advise you to wait before buying credits if you do not want to pay extra fees with AlloPass.
If any other payment issues feel free to send a PM
