When PayPal was removed, HiPay was a replacement. Since PayPal is back, HiPay has been removed.

However you can keep both of them it is better. Hipay doesn't require sign up not as PayPal then afford problem of having account limited or restricted then you are unable sometimes to continue buy credits for domain name renewal. There are 2 other methods of payment. Also this is a decision from up top, so there nothing anyone can do. Sorry
