    First topic message reminder :

    There have been many issues that have been reported on the official French support forum.Ā  To make it more easier to keep track of the issues, I have created this only topic.

    Examples of the reported issues:

    • Missing posts/topics/private messages
    • Slowdowns.
    • Missing chatbox archives/messages/Booting members.
    • New post icon showing when posted yourself.
    • Getting logged outĀ

    I locked forum last night and it was open this morning.

    Post's were being placed where they were not intended to be and threads were being being swapped around. Threads also changing areas on there own. Posts being placed by members were being accredited to other members. Threads were even getting mixed up.

    This morning going onto my forum, all appears to be back to normal. Many of the problems mentioned here were experienced by our members yesterday.Ā 
    Hopefully everyone else finds all is working now as it had been doing before this happened.

    Description of Issue:1) mix up of recent (private) threads with public topics, 2)Ā someone else's photo's are shown when uploading to the gallery, 3) silly-at-random-descriptions (but not how they were named by the member uploading) for uploaded photo's.

    Point 2 & 3 have been going on for some time for specific users, but since a few days it seems many more members experience this issue, next to the new mix up of threads.

    This sums it up for our community too!

    Can you all clear your browser cache and see if the problems are still showing
    Our tech staff have done some work on the problems and need to know if you are getting any problems now.

    We are still experiencing extreme slowness, especially graphics takingĀ forever to load or not loading at all andĀ blank private messages coming thru. This is very irritating since we are a graphics forum! PleaseĀ  help!

    I did clear my browser cache as well as running all my clean up utilities and re booting but still very slow loading images or not loading them at all.

    I assume work is still on going as I am finding on trying to change pages on our forum I am being redirected to the Forumotion front page instead.

    Some messages disappeared this weekend. There is no link with the Datacenter migration. Our technicians just informed me that we won't get back those messages...
