Reported posts list show extra page

I have only about 7 reported posts listed on the reports page. For some reason it always shows I have 2 pages of reports. I deleted some entries and it still shows 2 pages in the navigation. Clicking the second page shows no further reports. Here is a screenshot of the 2nd page. Why is it doing this??

This I am not sure about. I noticed that it shows the page numbers here also.
