Can not bulk mail

My forum to bulk mail, the system has been sent there, but can not successfully sent, members have not received.

Hello again kv1012tiger,
This could be because they didn't set it so that they can receive newsletters. Members are allowed to edit their permissions so that they do not receive newsletters (bulk mail) from the forum. Your email should have been sent but it may be saying this because those members set it so they do not receive them because they do not want to get those. This isn't an issue with your site, I believe this is the reason you are getting the message you are getting.

However, because there is no success message
