how to ban this bulk IP ADDRESS of a user.

hi i have a question how to ban this all of this IP ADDRESS of this user?
because when i do it manually one by one its to hard and time hassle

Can't add multiple IP's.
I would suggest not to ban IP's, because anyone can use a proxy & login.

its ok sir because the user spammer threads..
when i ban only the user not IP he always create a new acc and do spam threads

Thats my exact point, just keep banning his account. He will be tired one day & leave the forum.

As i said, there is way to ban bulk IP addresses. You will need to do it one by one, if at all you decide to do that even when its not going to help in any way.
