    If they haven't post then you can't see the IP I think.

    Yes they must have at least 1 post or be active to see their IP.

    The answers given by MrMind and Mati are correct. The only way to see their IP's is to have them online and going to the Administration Panel's Home, otherwise they have to post once. You can go to their post and press the IP button to attain it.

    As I said they are not parsed posts. If it may otherwise be seen ip.

    You will have to be online, too, to see the IP address in the administration panel.
