forum down for all users - please help

I just sent a mail to a group of 5 members and my forum is down...

Can someone help me cause apparently, my website is UP on http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ but I don't have access and it's for all users...

What exactly happened?

Now it's okay but I have received a lot of messages on my livechat which is hosted on another server so it's the reason I have posted and for my self too.

I had some disconnections so it was not the browser or my internet connection cause I have posted at the same time a message here.

Apparently, my friends on other forums had the same trouble so it was maybe a general issue on my hoster or something like that but is there a way to investigate to avoid any future issue?
