in the ownerspanel the time is correct. Amsterdam + 1, 22.19

My Forum is showing the time as 2 hours behind. How can I put this right please?

your have to change the settings in your ACP and on your profile and only pick the one that is more to your timezone

the timezone is correct! Sorry for the bold but that's because I copied and paste.

is your profile changed aswell as you need to change the profile of your's to get it right.
