Forum Load Time Slower/Maintenance Page coming up

Just wanted to check if the forums are under maintenance and that is why there has been slow load up of the webpages and occasionally them timing out. Otherwise it might just be my issue.

Indeed two days ago we had some server problems and all forums were down but everything is ok now
Also your forum i loading fine for me

Please try and follow the following steps to see if your problem fixes it self.

Clear your browsers.
How to - Clear the cache & Cookies in Your browsers
Reset your modem / Hub  by turning it off at the wall then leaving it for 1 minute then turning it back on again.

Most of the time this fixes the problems you are facing.
