Cookies bar will not stay gone

Hi there,
I have never had the accept cookies bar pop up on any forumotion forum I have been in, until about an hour ago!
I went into a topic in my forum and the cookie bar popped up at the bottom of the screen, I click ok to accept, yet it popped up again the next time I changed page and continues to pop up, despite clicking ok every time.

I have made an exception for my forum in my browser settings, cleared my cache, browsing history & cookies and resync my forum, all to no avail.

I have checked other forumotion forums that I belong to and no cookie bar appears in those, it just seems to be in my own forum, any suggestions as to why this is happening and how I can stop it, its driving me nuts !!!
