    How to erasure or delete The last actions in Amin Panel?

    Here I find this:

    The last actions are automatically erased after 1 month and 1 day.

    I have Admin actions back to the 2010 era. I don't think you can make them go away. They're there for ever. Assuming you're speaking of Admin and Mod Logs/Last Actions found under Security area of course.
