Chatbox issues

Hello,

My forum is using Avacweb Chatbox, and in the past few days members have been complaining that the Chatbox has been lagging and acting up.

I'm not sure whether I should have posted this on the Avacweb forums first; however, I'd like to know If there is anyone else having the same kind of problems and If there is anything that can be done from my side.

Hello @Anzo

Yes we have been having a number of problems with the chatbox it has been reported to our tech staff but right now there is no news on when it will be fixed.

If you are using Avacweb chat, then you need to ask for help on Avacweb.

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.

Never post your email in public.

We disabled the Avacweb and we used the default Chatbox, the problem still occurred. Thos, as APE had indicated, is a forumotion problem? Is there any main topic I could follow and keep myself updated regarding this matter?
