how do i move the menu, from above menu to below it. [ i was thinking their be a tick box, but can't find one.

Are you using forum version phpBB3?

Are you trying to move the menu to the top of your forum?  Right now, it is under the forum's banner.

The way you posted the menu will be above the banner, not below.

think you mean the forumotion toolbar that shows the notification?

nope i mean the menu, that has home, faq, members... so on

as you can see its above the banner, but i want it below

Have you modified the templates ?
Go to administration panel > Display > Templates > General > overall_header
( you need to be founder )

Does it display "Published" ?

When you do that, you can click to force the default template for overall_header. I'd recommend backing up the source in a document before you do that, just in case you want to go back.
