[Only topic] Paypal option doesn't work

After clicking on the paypal button to buy credits and choosing the amount I click on next and it gives me this message

I'd like to report the same issue on my forum. Most users say that single page refresh is a sufficient workaround - page loads normally on 2nd attempt.

Hello.  I do not even have the option to pay with paypal anymore.  I do not use my credit card online, so have been buying since day one with paypal, and now I have no option to do that.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?  Thanks.
