Here's a tip for your request, if you want the ranks to look like the image you posted, you need to provide the images you want for each rank. Also, do you really want the ranks to all have the same color? If not you, it would be helpful if you provide the color codes for each so that the designer does not have to keep editing the ranks, if you decide to change your mind and request it after they have completed it.
