Backup problem

EDIT: SEEMS IT IS WORKING NOW!

Hi, problem with the backup, first i tried to follow the instructions here
https://help.forumotion.com/t9692-the-utilities-backup-and-restore
the instructions doesn't seem to be valid
step 2, 3 and 4 doesn't exist in my "backup page"
when i hit the "backup button" the following message appears:
"Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

Any idea what's going on?

Hi SamanthaS, i saw your topic before my previous posting, it will be nice if we knew what is going to be about it and for how long the backup system will be off, for 1 day? 1 week? one month? forever?

EDIT: B.T.W THE BACKUP SEEMS TO WORKING NOW!
