    Solved Automatic rules message in Chatbox?

    Is there any way I can set an automatic rules message to popup as soon as a member logs into the Chatbox, sort of like what happens with IRC? I'm developing my forum before advertising it, and I wanted to establish a definite order in the Chatbox before I invite people into the forum.
