Still Waiting For a Transfer

Hi there!
I've recently joined up hoping to transfer the posts and members from my existing forum to the board I've set up here, because I can no longer efficiently take care of running the technical aspect of my community.

When I initiated the import of the database, I got notified that it'd take up to 48 hours for the transfer to be complete.  However, it's been much longer than 48 hours (I've waited all week for it).  I'm not sure if the message implied 48 business hours, but I wanted to know if I should re-submit my request or withdraw it since it's taking so long?  I am trying to transfer from a Phpbb3 board to an Invision board, but I would have hoped to hear back by now.  I'm very sorry for the trouble, but I want to get my new board up and running because the backup I posted is now a week out of date.  v_v

Hi @katimus,

Have you received a conformation e-mail along with the contact information of the importation team ? Also, when was the date that you requested your forum to be imported ?

I got my confirmation email on December 14th, and I created the forum on December 14th.  I tried replying to the email that sent it, because that was the same email address that's labeled for use in contacting that team, but I guess it goes into a no-reply filter or somesuch.

I have submitted a report to our pro-admin to check on the status.
