Permission Problems

Hello and Happy New Year!




I've moved my Forum from another site to this one because of the ease of use, the many choices of themes, and just .... well .... EVERYTHING!  




In any case, I have set up permissions on all the forums so that all members/staff can add a "topic", rather than asking an ADMIN to do it.  Unfortunately, my members cannot add a "forum" themselves.   Have I done something wrong?

Please try not to use bold and color in your posts as it is used for staff moderation. You can check the rules for additional information.

Regarding your question, if members are to create forums, they would need Administration privileges. As a moderator or member they can create topics and posts freely, so long as the permissions are set up like that.
