flashing banner and icons need help

i want to request a banner that animate

first flash it says = i-techpinoygsm

2nd flash it says = all about cellphone and hardware sharing information

hmm, about that glow thing, its gonna take a bit longer bcz i don't have any picture editing like photoshop right now, gotta find it first and see if i able to create one

Uber, next time start your own thread. If you want to refer to another image such as this one, then add the link to that thread, saying you would like it to look like this one.

The reason for this is because with our new way of doing graphic requests, the thread starter is supposed to add Done to their title when their request is done. But if others continue to make requests in it, the thread starter has to continue to monitor it, so they can edit the title or the mods and admins will have to monitor it to change it. And that is not fair to any of them.

Just something to consider for next time.
