Solved Problem with Domain Email Account

Hi, I looked around, and the only subjects I saw close to this 
are already closed (locked) so I had to post a new question.

I have the email that comes with the domain I purchased for my forum.
I have been trying to get in and it keeps saying login failed, so I tried to reset the 
password in the back end, but I still get login failed. Then I tried making a second account with whole other details, and that said login failed. 
Or, it just times out altogether.

I see nowhere on the emails page (http://webmail.MYFORMUM.com ) to ask for help, or send a password reminder, so I can not get in at all. I need to verify this address for a mail chimp campaign, and am stuck outside.

What do I do?

Hi,

So you went to MailBox Administration and then under Mailboxes list you went to 'create account'

You created an account with a password yes?

Can you provide a screenshot of your Mailbox area in the ACP so I can be sure of what you've done?

Thanks,

What to do is make sure you type out the entire email address e.g. Name@Domain Name.com

Then if that still doesn't work click Edit and then change the password.

Let's see if that works.
