Notification Bar Activate.

Hello! I have one more problem about the Notification bar, in the upper part of forum, like what forumotion have. gonna ask if how to activate this on my forum, and how to change the name and logo like this one?

@_Twisted_Mods_ , I have already saw the configuration and it is already activate, but never pop-up on my forum.. whats the problem of this?

try turning it off then back on because i don't see it in the html so its not hidden

I've already try that' but didn't work..
