In progress how to add a rank into new member automatically

i want all my forum member in member with a rank image .
for new member i want to put them into a rank automatically....


please help....

Go to ACP --> Users and Groups --> Rank Administration --> Add a New Rank --> Fill in the rank details and then ensure 'no' is selected next to special rank --> Type 0 in 'Post Count' hit save.
